| 2 - Personal Sites only - no commercial or profit bearing sites (there are a few exceptions, please email me) |
| 3 - Site must contain more than 5 pages |
| 4 - No broken links or missing images (no red x's) |
| 5 - Interesting content, graphics and layout |
| 5 - Must have a page strictly for award links out |
| 6 - User friendly/easy to navigate |
| 7 - if you win my award, you must add a link back to here |
| 8 - If you apply for an award for another site, provide their link & email address |
| 9 - Must update often - I won't accept applications for sites that have not been updated within the past 3 months... |
| 10 - Respect for others work - no stolen graphics on your site!! |
