11.23.04 - Nothing new today except for Warm Holiday Greetings to the Band and the Fans!!!! Be safe! xoxoxo

11.20.04 - The Show that Crossfade put on at the Houuse of Blues in Myrtle Beach was a blast! They performed with Submersed and Alter Bridge that night. It was a really great show. The crowds reaction to all the bands was amazing. I thought it was a lot better than the Atlanta Show. You could see that Crossfade's fans had followed them here from their home town Columbia, SC to show their support for the band. It was truly amazing. Quick plug, if you haven't heard of Submersed, I would consider checking them out. I give mad props to the entire band for being just what they are - a 'true' rock band! The lead singer from Submersed (Donald) joined in on one of Crossfade's performances singing "Disco". It ROCKED the house! No performance photos available here - I tried to bring my stuff in, but they surprisingly had the HOB security doing cavity checks before entering the venue (just kidding). But they had the random metal detector check going on. It was all good. It gave me the chance to actually enjoy the show instead of worrying about taking pictures. I don't know all the details, but Ed mentioned that they were giving away tickets after the show to another show they are having on New Years Eve at the HOB. It appears their touring is not yet over... good news for the fans. I didn't stay to hang out but I did get the fans pictures autographed. (thanks JL) They are totally cool about doing things for the fans! That's why I love the band so much! besides the fact that they ROCK! Ed's such a heart-throb! Oh, btw, James [the drummer] is sporting a new-do - he shaved off his mohawk! He still looks good bald. ;-) I will be busy all week - being that it's Thanksgiving and all but I will get autographed pics to the fans that responded to my email (sorry if I missed yours). This should happen within the next few weeks. Note: I'm in search of any fans willing to keep an eye out for Crossfade updates, pics, news, whatever. I won't have the time to research online for new stuff for the band, but if I can find someone who is dedicated and has the time to do this, we will put them on as staff to manage this sites updates. If you are interested, please send your info to me here. Include a personal password so that I can set up an account for you (no more than 5 characters long please). If you are a newbie to Crossfade's music, be sure not to get 'our' Crossfade confused with the band from Sweden Crossfade 'White on Blue'! (if you do a search online, they may come up) MOST DEFINITELY no relation to our american based band of hunks! I'm sure ya'll already knew that, so I was just making sure! ;-)

He's a good writer.... if you haven't already, check out their Official Website and read the start of their long awaited Journey...getting the record deal, meeting the VIP's at Columbia Records, etc...Click here if you want to jump to it. Also, I just noticed that their tour dates have been updated. (still no Florida *sniffles*) O.O did you notice my new CF layout! Oh yea! I like it! I hope you do too!! xoxo Me

Btw, if anyone from the band gets a chance to read here: I miss you already yo! and Hi to Lauren! and Mr. Tour Mgr! (what is your name..hmmm) I really shoulda had our pic taken together! lol I live for picture memories, sorry *smiles* I haven't heard from Jeff...since I asked for his address..lol - I won't stalk you, I promise! Hope you're well too.

10.17.04 @ 1:59p - WoW. We just got back into town from Atlanta.*thanks baby for taking me--mwah!* John made it in record time - 5 1/2hrs - must be a guy thing. I slept the whole waay. I didn't get much sleep last night because I was still pretty 'high' from meeting the band, Jeff and all the other peeps at the show. The whole trip really ROCKED! Everything was perfect! Even the other 2 opening bands before Crossfade were good. (FF5 & Submersed & of course the main entree..Alterbridge - rocked the Roxy) Their performance on stage was outstanding. They finally got the audience reved up..since it was pretty calm during the other opening acts. I was a bit shocked...no mosh-pit or anything. If I would've guessed it to be this laid back, I would've made it up to the front of the stage but instead I headed up to the balcony so I could get a better view of the show. The pictures I took didn't turn out so great, so I won't be posting them. *sighs* Anyways, I finally met the band during their autograph signing. I was so nervous and anxious all night!. It was really dreamy to be there. We took pictures (thanks baby, you did good ;-), got my shirt signed and just kind of hung out, staring at the band in awww.....Oh, when I was scanning the crowd, I recognized Jeff right away... YaY! We finally meet! He is a really nice person and he's so adorable too. What was weird is while we were chatting, Ed came up to me and said, OD's Girl...and you didn't believe it was us writing to you!...my mouth dropped! Ed is even more gorgeous in person!! Crossfades Tour Manager (I know his name, it starts with a B! What is it?!@#? Well, he was so cool getting their setlist autographed (to me that's a BIG deal! w00t!) and Jeff was sweet enough to surprise me with it!! [and this was already done before I got to meet the band!!] God, I feel really good. That was way tooo sweet!! Thank you!!! I also got the chance to meet Ed & Tony's gf's and Mitch's wife's cousin (smile) and 2 kids!!WoW! They are so down to earth and all. I was surprised to see there weren't more fans..but we can blame that on the radio station in Atlanta, since they never play Crossfade's songs!! Yo! What's up wit dat!!! Come on! Ok, time to send an email to Atlanta's stations requesting they play more Crossfade tunes... I have more to write but, I need to download a few group pics with the band and all. (now those turned out really good) Thanks to everyone I met there who said they really liked my site! Thanks so much for the nice words! It means alot! Thanks too Jeff! You rock! Btw, the band will be in Texas for a few days performing...so ya'll should be there. They make it all worth the trip. Atleast they do for me......*winks* More later....p.s. I love Crossfade!

10.15.04 @5:47am - Tomorrow's the night! Jeff L. said he should be at the concert in Atlanta too, so hopefully I get to meet him. That would be cool especially since he seems like such a great guy.

10.12.04 @ 3:29p - 4 more days! WhooHoo! I just had a quick chat with James! He's awesome and so sweet. They're all chillin' on the bus at the venue in Pittsburgh...wow. Would be nice to be there, eh? No updated bio's on the band yet...Hey! you need to check out Wayne Dennon's Photography site tho, he's added some really great pics of the band from the show in Ft. Wayne and Toledo. I'm going to add them on my gallery soon too. But for now check out Wayne's site! For those who want to write to the band...you can send an email to any of the guys here: theband@crossfadeband.com. I don't have any special priviledges to get them to write all their fans, its really up to the 'nude' approvals..LOL OK! Just teasin'! But, really..be patient and I'm sure they'll respond as soon as they can. Peace and Love to the Band and the fans! xoxo

10.04.04 - Thanks to Jeff L. for writing and giving me your comments on the emails I've been receiving. I added a link to his band site. It's pretty cool. Check it out under my credits link. Other than that, I probably won't be adding anything new for awhile...... 12 more days til I see the band! wOOt! Later days....me

10.01.04 @ 8:03p - It's been a good day! I spoke with Chris Long (Crossfades Mgr) and he confirmed for me that it was really Ed that wrote thanking me about this site here!!!! *faints* I'm on cloud 9! Also, Dave (from ROCK93.5 in SC) wrote back saying he'd get me an autographed CD from the band...does that rock or what! Thanks to everyone who visits here..I'll keep trying to update as much as I can. Til next time....be sure to support the band at the shows in your area!!! Spread the Love!! Haasaa! ODs Girl

10.01.04 - Nothing really new. I did more searching and found 10 more photos of the band (see Gallery 7)..they aren't recent ones, but who cares, right! It's of THEM! ;-) I'm trying to get some personal info on the band..emailed a couple of Rock Jox, hopefully they'll respond soon. I've also been getting emails from someone claiming to be Ed...(which tickles my tummy) but I know, people love to fuck around with my mind..so, anyways, it worked..I just pretend it's really him (in my fantasy head...lol) It's not like they're being mean when they send me emails, it's all compliments..but just the same..it would be nice if it were really him, right? hmm...to whomever is sending me those kind emails..thank you for making my day. !

9.21.04 - We just got back from Orlando since the evacuation due to Hurricane Ivan. I wanted to see Crossfade at the Masquerade in Ybor City in Tampa on the 15th, but I called the studio and the band had 'airplane' problems so they weren't going to be at the show. I was also told that the only way you could get tickets was to win them from the radio station!@!? That's news to me, I've never heard of not being able to just go and buy tickets, OWell...Shinedown was going to be there, but I didn't go, I really wanted to see Crossfade...guess I'll try and catch them on their next trip down here...
